Tell your story, in your own words, in any of several convenient ways, including writing, voice recording, or text or audio conversations with Harry, your personal writing companion.
Based on your input, PastPal will create beautiful, polished writing, chapter by chapter, which you can cherish and share as an ebook, as an audiobook, or as a beautiful print book.
Who owns the copyright of the stories I create with PastPal?
You retain full copyright ownership of all the content you create with PastPal. Your stories and memories are 100% yours.
Can I control who sees my stories?
Absolutely! You have complete control over who gets to see your stories. Your memories are private and secure, and you choose whether to share them with friends, family, or keep them entirely to yourself.
Can I trust that my personal stories won't be accessed or used by others without my permission?
Yes, you can trust that your personal stories are fully protected. We prioritize your privacy and security, ensuring that your content remains private unless you choose to share it. What is the refund policy for PastPal?
Refunds are not normally necessary or offered; your book writing package can be regifted by the recipient or the purchaser. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

This isn’t a subscription; each bundle is a one-time purchase for creating one book.

PastPal is designed for storytellers of all ages. If you're under 16, a parent or guardian must create the account on your behalf. Younger users are warmly encouraged to participate, with adult supervision, by co-creating stories together with a trusted adult.

How is shipping handled for countries not listed above?
For over 100 other countries not listed, PastPal offers shipping at low-cost FedEx rates. These rates will be shared with you at the time of purchase.
Can I get an estimate of the shipping cost to my country before making a purchase?

Are there any additional charges for shipping to countries outside the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and India?
The low-cost FedEx rates provided at the time of purchase are the final shipping charges. There are no hidden additional fees from PastPal.
How long does it take for my package to arrive if I’m outside the free shipping countries?

How do I choose my shipping address?
About halfway through the writing process, an email will be sent prompting you to choose the cover and shipping address of your book.
How long does it take for books to be produced and delivered?
For most areas, books should be produced in 5-7 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 7 days. Therefore, a total time frame of 2-3 weeks is a good estimate to help manage customer expectations in more common locations. This applies to 30 common international shipping locations.
